Spectators: 147 (Terracing: 111, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marcus Paes took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Ahmet Hamdi Kuntman managed to get in a good position for a shot. CENZI's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Hamdi Kuntman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmo Saldanha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Boyce Quinnless stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus Paes's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. When Jovens Democratas MZC's Marcus Paes in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CENZI's goalie prevented a goal. Ahmet Hamdi Kuntman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Dalmo Saldanha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, one of Jovens Democratas MZC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jovens Democratas MZC. Jerome Rohrer might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boyce Quinnless. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jerome Rohrer ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Jovens Democratas MZC's Dalmo Saldanha got control of the ball when Ramiro Camargo tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Paes in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boyce Quinnless saved CENZI from getting behind. Boyce Quinnless showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Paes, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Jovens Democratas MZC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Horia Voitiş in the 28th minute. After taking down the ball on Jovens Democratas MZC's corner Vítor Lenzi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Boyce Quinnless quite easily take care of the ball. Boyce Quinnless took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Lenzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute Vítor Lenzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boyce Quinnless saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39thth minute of the game Marcus Paes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CENZI's Boyce Quinnless was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vítor Lenzi hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Marcus Paes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jovens Democratas MZC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ahmet Hamdi Kuntman was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, CENZI's goalkeeper Boyce Quinnless had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcus Paes. Marcus Paes in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Boyce Quinnless, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jovens Democratas MZC's Dalmo Saldanha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Hamdi Kuntman in the 60th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Hamdi Kuntman in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dalmo Saldanha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcus Paes who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Boyce Quinnless when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dalmo Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Hamdi Kuntman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jovens Democratas MZC's Chico de Sousa was substituted for Marcus Paes. CENZI's attentive Wilson Freire managed to snatch the ball when Mümtazer Kutlan made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. Chico de Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Boyce Quinnless made a huge save. Ahmet Hamdi Kuntman took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dalmo Saldanha. Dalmo Saldanha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Dalmo Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Pontes, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, CENZI's Dudu Mello seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dudu Mello the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of CENZI protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dudu Mello had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 76 minutes into the game, one of CENZI:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. CENZI:s Boyce Quinnless showed great skill when he stopped Chico de Sousa:s penalty. Chico de Sousa did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Boyce Quinnless 81 minutes into the match. Chico de Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Boyce Quinnless made a huge save. After having played for 86 minutes, Rafa Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CENZI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafa Berger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Belmiro Pontes notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Jovens Democratas MZC's Dalmo Saldanha. Dalmo Saldanha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Jovens Democratas MZC's Chico de Sousa got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute Belmiro Pontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmo Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
