Edu Cavalcante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ionuț Petrea, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Chicão Guedes hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Ionuț Petrea scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edu Cavalcante, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With 17 minutes on the clock, Gualter Maranhense commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 16th minute, one of Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG. Edu Cavalcante stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ionuț Petrea's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Dé Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Edgar Vrânceanu made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Felipe da Mata sent off a good shot on target. Felipe da Mata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edu Cavalcante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionuț Petrea in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Ionuț Petrea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edu Cavalcante was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Ionuț Petrea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dé Souza hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. If Ionuț Petrea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ionuț Petrea made a kick off. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Edu Cavalcante proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG from getting a goal against them. Edu Cavalcante didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ionuț Petrea went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 57th minute, Ionuț Petrea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. The audience was convinced that Ionuț Petrea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edu Cavalcante was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. With his leg Edu Cavalcante managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Ionuț Petrea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 63rd match minute, Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dé Souza to maneuver through the defense. In the 66thth minute of the game Ionuț Petrea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Edu Cavalcante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Richard Sousa got a free kick in the 67th minute. With a little luck, Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Edu Cavalcante got control of the ball when Ionuț Petrea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely's Cornel Voinescu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 73rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Edu Cavalcante but with some difficulty. After 75th play minutes Ionuț Petrea shot 0-7, a short shot which went by Edu Cavalcante and just under the crossbar into goal. Nae Amuguroancei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nae Amuguroancei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edu Cavalcante having to interfere. In the 89thth minute of the game Ionuț Petrea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Edu Cavalcante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 93 in the game by Ionuț Petrea from a close distance when the talented Edu Cavalcante managed to make a qualified save. Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ionuț Petrea got free with Edu Cavalcante in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Erdélyi SE Marosvásárhely were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
