Michel Salles started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michel Salles got free with Arnoldo Donzel in the 2nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michel Salless short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Arnoldo Donzel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Manoel Botelho came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the BMB IMOVEIS SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manoel Botelho couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG booed when BMB IMOVEIS SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Telmo Dante didn't get a good kick on the ball. Percival Munhoz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manoel Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 23rd minute, Fernandão Gaúcho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Percival Munhoz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The audience was convinced that Liu Feng Quan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Percival Munhoz was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Percival Munhoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manoel Botelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, José Paulo Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Percival Munhoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liu Feng Quan in the 36th minute of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Liu Feng Quan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's Percival Munhoz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Michel Salles in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arnoldo Donzel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a defensive mix-up in Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG's zone, Manoel Botelho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Percival Munhoz came out of the goal and Manoel Botelho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manoel Botelho made a kick off. Manoel Botelho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Liu Feng Quan might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Percival Munhoz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Liu Feng Quan ran back to his position shaking his head. Percival Munhoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liu Feng Quan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st match minute, BMB IMOVEIS SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernandão Gaúcho to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pedro Augusto Gerber during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Percival Munhoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Telmo Dante in the 65th minute of the match. In the 74th minute, one of BMB IMOVEIS SC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BMB IMOVEIS SC. In the 75th minute, Cauã Passos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grajaú Uai Sôccer MG fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If José Pedro Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Percival Munhoz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liu Feng Quan in the 82nd minute of play. In the 86th minute of the match, Liu Feng Quan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Percival Munhoz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 90th match minute, BMB IMOVEIS SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeu Alvarenga to maneuver through the defense. Manoel Botelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Percival Munhoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
