Valdomiro Ferreira hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Mitnarotov FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Turner came free, but Fernando Raffo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mitnarotov FC's Fernando Raffo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lanny Gilmore in the 41st minute of play. If Lanny Gilmore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fernando Raffo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lanny Gilmore in the 42nd minute of the match. The corner ended in Dominic Albright almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mitnarotov FC's Fernando Raffo did a great save. A collision led to Mitnarotov FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Claudinei Sergipano hit a great ball. Santos FC made a substitution. Tyron Velasquez replaced Arturo Turner. In the 75th minute of the match, Dominic Albright got a very nice opportunity to score, but Fernando Raffo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Santos FC's attentive Terence Nicholas managed to snatch the ball when Ulysses de Moraes made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. Lanny Gilmore's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Raffo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. When Lanny Gilmore came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Santos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lanny Gilmore couldn't finish the play. Lanny Gilmore might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fernando Raffo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lanny Gilmore ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Lanny Gilmore put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Fernando Raffo. Lanny Gilmore's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 93rdth minute, Fernando Raffo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.
