Almir Miranda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Roşoga went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 31 played minutes Mitnarotov FC got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Dantas. Walmir Quintal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Roşoga in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Almir Miranda saved Mitnarotov FC from getting behind. After 36 minutes, Dragoş Cazimir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Strambeni and the Mitnarotov FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Strambeni's Dragoş Cazimir got a free kick in the 36th minute. Remus Săvoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nildo de Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Almir Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emre Karakushev in the 39th minute of the match. In the 45th minute of the match, Nildo de Souza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Remus Săvoiu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

After a rather tough play, Strambeni's Emanuel Roşoga got a free kick in the 78th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Árpád Kutas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Strambeni's supporters rose to their feet, but Árpád Kutas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Almir Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the game, Valdomiro Ferreira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mitnarotov FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Strambeni the free kick. Mitnarotov FC's Almir Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Mitnarotov FC from getting a goal against them. 89 minutes into the match, Strambeni's goal looked a bit too open when Hortêncio Sena came free, but Remus Săvoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Strambeni's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
