The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 12 minutes into the match, Dé Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fiori Koehler. HOSATO★★★★★VKRT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dé Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Fiori Koehler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anderson Paiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute Delmiro Licerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fiori Koehler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Várzea F.C.'s Carlos Augusto Quintal got control of the ball when Adalberto Prata tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 25 played minutes HOSATO★★★★★VKRT got a freekick which was hit by João Augusto Mangueira. HOSATO★★★★★VKRT's Fiori Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anderson Paiva in the 28th minute of play. A collision led to HOSATO★★★★★VKRT getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Delfim Arce hit a great ball. 37 minutes into the match, Várzea F.C.'s Aloísio Secco broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Fiori Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Licerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Fiori Koehler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jude Monkhouse went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jude Monkhouse to make the kick off. HOSATO★★★★★VKRT's Fiori Koehler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anderson Paiva in the 51st minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Anderson Paiva could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Fiori Koehler however easily saved by the left post. After 56 played minutes HOSATO★★★★★VKRT got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Prata. Várzea F.C. made a substitution. Rogério Saldanha replaced Du Ling Xu. Adalberto Prata hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Fiori Koehler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Delmiro Licerio went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Dé Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fiori Koehler having to interfere. Carlos Augusto Quintal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adalberto Prata in the 69th minute of play. Fiori Koehler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jude Monkhouse went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Fiori Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dé Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Fiori Koehler made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Jude Monkhouse sent off a good shot on target. Várzea F.C. made a substitution. Joel Carli replaced Danilo Hats. Fiori Koehler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delmiro Licerio in the 86th minute. Delfim Arce's late challenge caught a Várzea F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delfim Arce didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute, Hugo Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fiori Koehler made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Anderson Paiva sent off a good shot on target. Várzea F.C. played a much better game than HOSATO★★★★★VKRT and deserved their victory. The HOSATO★★★★★VKRT players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
