Tang Hao Wei started the match with the kick off. The AIK Spiceboys fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when AIK Spiceboys's Bo Grönberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Bo Grönberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bo Grönberg in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ian Willig prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tang Hao Wei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Ian Willig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ian Willig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Grönberg in the 15th minute of the match. Ian Willig had great luck who in the 17thth minute grab hold of the ball when Bo Grönberg from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 22nd minute, Dynamo Luleå's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bo Grönberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 27 minutes into the game, Johannes Mårtensson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dynamo Luleå's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AIK Spiceboys the free kick. The supporters of AIK Spiceboys booed when Dynamo Luleå was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Mårtensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Dynamo Luleå's goalkeeper Ian Willig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tang Hao Wei. If Tang Hao Wei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bo Grönberg in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ian Willig saved Dynamo Luleå from getting behind. When Tang Hao Wei in the 36th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Ian Willig kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Ian Willig made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tang Hao Wei in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute AIK Spiceboys were awarded a corner. Tang Hao Wei went to the cornerflag to take it. Tang Hao Wei made a great header on AIK Spiceboys's corner, it was just that Dynamo Luleå's Ian Willig managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 45th play minute Tang Hao Wei came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ian Willig. 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

If Tang Hao Wei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ian Willig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tang Hao Wei, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Dynamo Luleå's Ian Willig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tang Hao Wei in the 62nd minute of play. Tang Hao Wei struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Ian Willig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AIK Spiceboys. In the 76th minute, Tang Hao Wei got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the game, AIK Spiceboys's Bo Grönberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ian Willig made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 82nd match minute, Dynamo Luleå was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Mårtensson to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, AIK Spiceboys's Tang Hao Wei sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ian Willig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The AIK Spiceboys fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when AIK Spiceboys's Tang Hao Wei looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Ian Willig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dynamo Luleå's Ian Willig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tang Hao Wei in the 92nd minute of play. Gösta Johansson hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. AIK Spiceboys's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
