Albert Myr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ian Willig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee ignored Skillingsfors's protests and gave Kevin Igelström a yellow card for diving instead. Kevin Igelström kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Timmy Carlsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herman Ahlén's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. After the first half Skillingsfors were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ian Willig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Myr in the 55th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Ståhlman in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ian Willig saved Dynamo Luleå from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Tomas Ståhlman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skillingsfors's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Ståhlman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ian Willig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Daniel Apelqvist fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skillingsfors's protests and gave Daniel Apelqvist a yellow card for diving instead. A hard shot 66 in the game by Tomas Ståhlman from a close distance when the talented Ian Willig managed to make a qualified save. Dynamo Luleå's players were relieved. In the 86th minute, Albert Myr made a precise shot to the right of Ian Willig. Dynamo Luleå's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Herman Ahlén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ian Willig was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Albert Myr showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 94 minute of play.
