Stanislaw Fronczak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mebarek Yacine went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 12 minutes into the match, Nankatsu's Damian Kendra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benji Price narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benji Price made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christian Vieri in the 17th minute. Nankatsu's Stanislaw Fronczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mebarek Yacine in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute Damian Kendra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benji Price saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Vieri got free with Benji Price in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Mebarek Yacine's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stanislaw Fronczak was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
The wind increased when Christian Vieri made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mebarek Yacine in the 53rd minute of play forced Nankatsu's goalkeeper Stanislaw Fronczak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Branislav Vitev during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ovidio Sagrario the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Dromes FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ovidio Sagrario had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dromes FC! Dromes FC:s Benji Price showed great skill when he stopped Damian Kendra:s penalty. After 99 minutes of play, Dromes FC's Angelo Marko made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stanislaw Fronczak was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Dromes FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
