Spectators: 7345 (Terracing: 5511, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 145) Sune Sundström started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Richard Bokelund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henric Engström having to interfere. Sune Sundström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edwin Öberg kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Lords FC's Valdemar Fagrell seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Valdemar Fagrell the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Lords FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Valdemar Fagrell had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 21st minute, one of Lords FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lords FC. Henry Ahlkvist walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sune Sundström in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harry Samuelsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tandsbyn IK's Petter Sikström got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sune Sundström in the 37th minute of play forced Lords FC's goalkeeper Harry Samuelsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harry Samuelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sune Sundström, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Petter Sikström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ronny Mickelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Christer Nordström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henric Engström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronny Mickelsson in the 48th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronny Mickelsson made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Ronny Mickelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Petter Sikström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Harry Samuelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Petter Sikström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tandsbyn IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Petter Sikström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harry Samuelsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 70 minutes into the match, Lords FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sune Sundström came free, but Harry Samuelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute, Petter Sikström fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 73 minutes into the game, Sune Sundström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Harry Samuelsson. Sune Sundström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Harry Samuelsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christer Nordström in the 80th minute. Lords FC's Harry Samuelsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Lords FC from getting a goal against them. Lennart Flink charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lennart Flink the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tandsbyn IK booed when Lords FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Flink didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Henry Ahlkvist sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lords FC's Harry Samuelsson didn't even have to move. Tandsbyn IK's Henric Engström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronny Mickelsson in the 92nd minute of play. Harry Samuelsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sune Sundström in the 94th minute of the match. Ronny Mickelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Tandsbyn IK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tandsbyn IK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
