Petter Sikström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Anton Caspersson made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Sune Sundström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anton Caspersson was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. The supporters of Tandsbyn IK booed when Värnamo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albin Ekström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54thth minute of the game Sune Sundström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Värnamo's Anton Caspersson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 81 played minutes, Tandsbyn IK's Oskar Sundberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anton Caspersson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tandsbyn IK reached it. Sune Sundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Caspersson having to interfere.
