Caxias do Sul's goal looked a bit too open when Roy Cordu came free, but Esen Sanal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the S.E.R. Caxias do Sul defense, Azure Meadow kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esen Sanal. The S.E.R. Caxias do Sul fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esen Sanal should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute Romain Peyrou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but O. M. G. DaRush saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esen Sanal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Cordu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. O. M. G. DaRush played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Pankiewicz in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Diego Goalzalez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute, Romain Peyrou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Clue Team Challenge 2024's Manny Mills was substituted for Roy Cordu. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arty Eightman to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Azure Meadow got free with Esen Sanal in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 52 minutes into the match, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalkeeper Esen Sanal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Azure Meadow. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by S.E.R. It was a well-played corner which Guy Thorax managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. O. M. G. DaRush showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedykt Pankiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Esen Sanal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arty Eightman in the 72nd minute of the match. When S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Mario Pochekanski in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Caxias do Sul's Mario Pochekanski. But to his dismay, Mario Pochekanski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Clue Team Challenge 2024 made a substitution. Joaquin Fiat replaced Arty Eightman. Manny Mills's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Esen Sanal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 91 minutes S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Robby The Rancher who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Manny Mills advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-2 in the 91st minute. In the 93rd match minute, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedykt Pankiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Clue Team Challenge 2024's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
