Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jim Mitchell kicked off to start the match. 9 minutes into the game, Margaret Atwood Impact's Jim Mitchell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Per Kullgren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 14th minute, Michael Dalton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Margaret Atwood Impact's zone, Sven-Ove Lövgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christopher Love came out of the goal and Sven-Ove Lövgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jim Mitchell struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Per Kullgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Margaret Atwood Impact. After 27 minutes of play, Margaret Atwood Impact's Jim Mitchell made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Per Kullgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! Per Kullgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Dalton in the 30th minute of play. After 33 minutes Småland Utd's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jim Mitchell who took care of the corner kick. Margaret Atwood Impact's Christopher Love played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Rosendahl in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Margaret Atwood Impact's Kyle Hay got a free kick in the 44th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimmie Kråk got free with Christopher Love in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Per Kullgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Mitchell, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. 47 minutes into the game, Jim Mitchell cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Per Kullgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Småland Utd players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Margaret Atwood Impact were winning 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zebastian Engström to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56thth minute of the game Zebastian Engström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Margaret Atwood Impact's Christopher Love was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christopher Love showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Ove Lövgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 65 minutes Margaret Atwood Impact's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jimmie Kråk who took care of the corner kick. Småland Utd's Per Kullgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Småland Utd from getting a goal against them. In the 71st minute, Michael Dalton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Per Kullgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michael Dalton in the 74th minute of the match. After having played for 76 minutes, Jim Mitchell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Margaret Atwood Impact's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jim Mitchell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute Sven-Ove Lövgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Love saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 minutes, Sven Wennersten mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Småland Utd and the Margaret Atwood Impact players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 78th minute, Sven Wennersten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chris Randall hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zebastian Engström in the 80th minute of play forced Margaret Atwood Impact's goalkeeper Christopher Love to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christopher Love showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Ove Lövgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Per Kullgren made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Jim Mitchell sent off a good shot on target. Michael Dalton hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The supporters of Margaret Atwood Impact booed when Småland Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimmie Kråk didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Margaret Atwood Impact walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
