With a little luck, AKI CORINTHIANS's Enéas Marinho got control of the ball when Almir Loureiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marquês de Herval were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after AKI CORINTHIANS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Betão dos Santos took the corner. The corner led Marquês de Herval's Betão dos Santos to fire away a dangerous shot which Enéas Marinho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 97th minute Betão dos Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enéas Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The AKI CORINTHIANS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Marquês de Herval were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
