Betão dos Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. Abílio Barata came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins. But to his dismay, Alfredo Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Abílio Barata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfredo Martins's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Betão dos Santos took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abílio Barata. Abílio Barata dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Betão dos Santos put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Abílio Barata. Abílio Barata didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Betão dos Santos went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Norberto Coimbra kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Carlos Fernando Fantini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marquês de Herval's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Fernando Fantini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute Alfredo Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abílio Barata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Carlos Fernando Fantini notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Stars Academy's Abílio Barata. Abílio Barata was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute, Marquês de Herval's Carlos Fernando Fantini ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abílio Barata. Abílio Barata yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 8-0. Abílio Barata came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins. But to his dismay, Alfredo Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. 43 minutes into the match, Stars Academy's goalkeeper Abílio Barata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Martins. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Carlos Fernando Fantini took a quick shot and it went in 10-0 without a chance for Abílio Barata to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Afonso Anjos to make the kick off. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 15-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Abílio Barata came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Marquês de Herval's Leonard Moise. But to his dismay, Leonard Moise quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 16-0. Abílio Barata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Martins in the 72nd minute of the match. Abílio Barata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betão dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abílio Barata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Alfredo Martins scored 20-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abílio Barata, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
