José Maria Nunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hamílton Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valério Valadares in the 24th minute of the match. Beto Loureiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hamílton Catarinense having to make a save. 25 minutes into the match, Perizes's Beto Loureiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hamílton Catarinense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 27 minutes, Beto Loureiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perizes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beto Loureiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Maria Nunes in the 29th minute of play forced Perizes's goalkeeper Fiori Capixaba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valério Valadares struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Hamílton Catarinense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perizes. Hamílton Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Vidal in the 38th minute of the match. Fiori Capixaba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Maria Nunes in the 41st minute of play. Valério Valadares struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Hamílton Catarinense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perizes. The Jaraguary AD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Perizes were winning 0-1.

In the 52nd minute, José Maria Nunes made a precise shot to the right of Fiori Capixaba. Perizes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Cristóvão Vidal's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hamílton Catarinense firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Perizes's zone, José Maria Nunes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fiori Capixaba came out of the goal and José Maria Nunes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fiori Capixaba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Maria Nunes's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. When Jaraguary AD's José Maria Nunes in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Perizes's goalie prevented a goal. Beto Loureiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamílton Catarinense having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valério Valadares in the 77th minute of play forced Jaraguary AD's goalkeeper Hamílton Catarinense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Gildo Linhares dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hamílton Catarinense, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valério Valadares in the 87th minute of play forced Jaraguary AD's goalkeeper Hamílton Catarinense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valério Valadares in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamílton Catarinense saved Jaraguary AD from getting behind. If Luís Guilherme dos Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
