In the 23rdth minute of the game Matheus Severo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holandés Volador F.C's Kiko Reis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Armando Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matheus Severo might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kiko Reis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matheus Severo ran back to his position shaking his head. Armando Passos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matheus Severo to make the kick off. Holandés Volador F.C's Kiko Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Passos in the 55th minute of play. Kiko Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matheus Severo, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Kiko Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Passos in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Fellipe Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Lira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Holandés Volador F.C's Fernandão Veiga got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the game, Holandés Volador F.C's Fernandão Veiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
