The tension between the Xodó da Vovó A.C. and the Brazilian Ducks players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vágner Campidelis kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Joaquim Saldanha helped the player get up and apologised. 77 minutes into the match, Brazilian Ducks's goal looked a bit too open when Everton Ribeiro came free, but Zé Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Zézinho Urbano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Xodó da Vovó A.C. booed when Brazilian Ducks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Carlos Tasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zézinho Urbano struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Zé Abraão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xodó da Vovó A.C.. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Xodó da Vovó A.C. had played much better football throughout.
