Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jairo Tepedino started the match with the kick off. Zé Abraão came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Catesporo AD's Cássio Paraibano. But to his dismay, Cássio Paraibano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Detonautas FC Return defense, Gonçalo Luz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Abraão. The Detonautas FC Return fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Abraão should have stopped the shot. In the 11th minute, Caetano Sergipano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Paraibano in the 14th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, João Vítor Paranaense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Abraão. Detonautas FC Return's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Vítor Paranaense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Zé Abraão came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Catesporo AD's Jairo Tepedino. But to his dismay, Jairo Tepedino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The audience was convinced that Caetano Sergipano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Abraão was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. 31 minutes into the game, Catesporo AD's João Vítor Paranaense nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Abraão made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Zé Abraão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caetano Sergipano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Detonautas FC Return's Zé Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Paraibano in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute Cássio Paraibano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zé Abraão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Vítor Paranaense in the 41st minute of the match. Detonautas FC Return's Zé Abraão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Vítor Paranaense in the 46th minute of play. Zé Abraão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Sergipano in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

Zé Abraão made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cássio Paraibano in the 52nd minute. After 52 played minutes Detonautas FC Return got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Britto. Ivo Britto kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute Jairo Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jairo Tepedino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zé Abraão was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Ivo Britto fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 65th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. If Dito Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Detonautas FC Return's Jarbas Eger got a free kick in the 77th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Jairo Tepedino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Catesporo AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Tepedino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Abraão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jairo Tepedino might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Abraão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jairo Tepedino ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Gonçalo Luz took a quick shot and it went in 1-9 without a chance for Zé Abraão to make any attempt to save it. João Vítor Paranaense scored 1-10 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Abraão, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Catesporo AD could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Detonautas FC Return throughout the match.
