Magno Moreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the match, America FC's goal looked a bit too open when Elano Coutinho came free, but Laerte Meireles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th play minute Magno Moreira came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Laerte Meireles. 3-0. 29 minutes into the game, Oséias Faria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. America FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vila Zumbi - Férias the free kick. In the 29th match minute, America FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oséias Faria to maneuver through the defense. Felipe de Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Geovanildo Mendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséias Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magno Moreira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Laerte Meireles when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Geovanildo Mendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvaldo Porto in the 38th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Vila Zumbi - Férias's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Figueiredo came free, but Geovanildo Mendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Magno Moreira in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Laerte Meireles, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oséias Faria made a kick off. Geovanildo Mendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséias Faria in the 56th minute of the match. America FC's Laerte Meireles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magno Moreira in the 57th minute of play. When Vila Zumbi - Férias's Elano Coutinho in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The America FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laerte Meireles should have stopped the shot. 66 minutes into the match, Magno Moreira notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of America FC's Laerte Meireles. Laerte Meireles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vladimir da Rocha during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vladimir da Rocha hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 75 minutes of play, America FC's Oséias Faria made it 6-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Geovanildo Mendi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Vila Zumbi - Férias fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Vila Zumbi - Férias's Magno Moreira looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Laerte Meireles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Magno Moreira's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evandro Jacinto during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Evandro Jacinto kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. A collision led to America FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Falcão Tande hit a great ball.
