In the 10th match minute, Cestarolli FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryan Cestarolli to maneuver through the defense. Cestarolli FC's Reynaldo Cestarolli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Cestarolli FC from getting a goal against them. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Vânderson Saa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiaguinho Cestarolli in the 15th minute of play. Celsinho Corrêa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Barcellos Mineiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson de Mendonça came free, but Vânderson Saa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vânderson Saa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Cestarolli, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Jorge Carrascal in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Reynaldo Cestarolli, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vânderson Saa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jefferson de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Vânderson Saa came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Cestarolli FC's Tiaguinho Cestarolli. But to his dismay, Tiaguinho Cestarolli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Vânderson Saa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jefferson de Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Barcellos Mineiro FC's Jorge Carrascal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Carrascal in the 42nd minute of play forced Cestarolli FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Cestarolli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jorge Carrascal came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Barcellos Mineiro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Carrascal couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tiaguinho Cestarolli to strike the kick off in the second half. Cestarolli FC's Reynaldo Cestarolli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Carrascal in the 52nd minute of play. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Boyd Kaufman got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiaguinho Cestarolli got free with Vânderson Saa in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Vânderson Saa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiaguinho Cestarolli in the 62nd minute of play. If Patrick Cestarolli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Carrascal in the 66th minute of play forced Cestarolli FC's goalkeeper Reynaldo Cestarolli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reynaldo Cestarolli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Carrascal in the 68th minute of the match. Reynaldo Cestarolli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorge Carrascal's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. If Eliézer de Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radul Kokalov hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Reynaldo Cestarolli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Carrascal in the 79th minute of play. Celsinho Corrêa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo Cestarolli having to make a save. 86 minutes in the game Ruy Mello did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Luizão Saldanha. Celsinho Corrêa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Cestarolli having to interfere. After 93 minutes of play, Cestarolli FC's Patrick Cestarolli made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vânderson Saa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Barcellos Mineiro FC's Gojko Bešlić was substituted for Celsinho Corrêa. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cestarolli FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
