After some careless play in the A A Arizona defense, Raúl Tavares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rodolfo Siqueira. The A A Arizona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rodolfo Siqueira should have stopped the shot. Adalberto Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. A A Arizona's Hélder Pinho got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Mazinho Godoi could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Jonas Goiano however easily saved by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernandão Coutinho during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, ✪ XV de Umarizal's Jonas Goiano got control of the ball when Mazinho Godoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Júlio Prado hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Hélder Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Goiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 24 played minutes A A Arizona got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro de Castro. After having played for 26 minutes, Adalberto Vidal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ✪ XV de Umarizal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adalberto Vidal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to A A Arizona getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Álvaro de Castro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raúl Tavares in the 32nd minute of play forced A A Arizona's goalkeeper Rodolfo Siqueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 minutes of play, ✪ XV de Umarizal's Fernandão Coutinho made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Siqueira was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute, A A Arizona's Chicão Freire dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Mazinho Godoi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonas Goiano came out and tried to block the shot, but Mazinho Godoi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 42nd minute. Alan Messias kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hélder Pinho to make the kick off. Jonas Goiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chicão Freire, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mazinho Godoi in the 53rd minute of play forced ✪ XV de Umarizal's goalkeeper Jonas Goiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elói de Souza got free with Rodolfo Siqueira in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodolfo Siqueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandão Coutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After 77 minutes, Mazinho Godoi made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. ✪ XV de Umarizal's Jonas Goiano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonas Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mazinho Godoi in the 82nd minute of play. Rodolfo Siqueira was a little too slow when Raúl Tavares got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 3-3. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
