When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Sérgio Palhares took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Rex Pearson to make any attempt to save it. 17 minutes into the game, Felix Baicu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rex Pearson. Felix Baicu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Sérgio Palhares struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Rex Pearson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milfontes United. If Sérgio Palhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sérgio Palhares in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rex Pearson saved Chick-fil-a from getting behind. If Christopher Radtke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Baicu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 30th playminute. Felix Baicu struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. But to his dismay, Felix Baicu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tommie Medley to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Felix Baicu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milfontes United's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Baicu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rex Pearson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sérgio Palhares scored 7-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rex Pearson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rex Pearson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Baicu in the 61st minute of the match. Rex Pearson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sérgio Palhares's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. When Tobias Schumacher fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chick-fil-a's protests and gave Tobias Schumacher a yellow card for diving instead. The excitement rose when Milfontes United's Remus Pinalski after 98 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Chick-fil-a's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 11-0. Milfontes United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
