The corner went over the outstretched arms of Aries F.C.'s goalie and right to Abel Koehler. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Aries F.C.'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Glenn Ottaway put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Baldomiro Sugoi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Glenn Ottaway in the 60th minute of play forced Aries F.C.'s goalkeeper Baldomiro Sugoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CA Brasileiros Juniors's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rubens Proença in the 61st minute. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Travassos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Baldomiro Sugoi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Aries F.C.'s Baldomiro Sugoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Glenn Ottaway in the 64th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, CA Brasileiros Juniors's Glenn Ottaway sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baldomiro Sugoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Aries F.C.'s goalkeeper Baldomiro Sugoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Baldomiro Sugoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mazinho Gol in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute Jorge Jesco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valdo Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aries F.C. were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after CA Brasileiros Juniors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Isaac Laboy took the corner. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Jorge Jesco got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-2. 88 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Aries F.C.'s goalkeeper Baldomiro Sugoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
