Alvaro Sanna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting Club Sicilia's goalkeeper Alvaro Sanna, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bernardo Montel hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Ferdinando Michelini took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Lucjan Sedzikowski to make any attempt to save it. 21 minutes into the match, Sporting Club Sicilia's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Xiang Zhi came free, but Alvaro Sanna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvaro Sanna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vagn Kildebro, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 27 played minutes Sporting Club Sicilia got a freekick which was hit by Concetto De Nardis. In the 29th minute, Jørgen Eisland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 34 in the game by Concetto Rucci from a close distance when the talented Lucjan Sedzikowski managed to make a qualified save. Randkleve's players were relieved. Randkleve's Lucjan Sedzikowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinando Michelini in the 35th minute of play. Ferdinando Michelini scored 2-1 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucjan Sedzikowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 41 minutes into the match, Shi Xiang Zhi notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Sporting Club Sicilia's Alvaro Sanna. Alvaro Sanna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Sporting Club Sicilia booed when Randkleve was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Unndór Takeris didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Vagn Kildebro made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Concetto Rucci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Lucjan Sedzikowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Vagn Kildebro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Concetto De Nardis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Sedzikowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 minutes Sporting Club Sicilia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jørgen Eisland who took care of the corner kick. Sporting Club Sicilia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Randkleve the free kick. Maxim Biller hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Randkleve's Jørgen Eisland got a free kick in the 89th minute. 3-3 became the score in the 92nd minute when Shi Xiang Zhi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Lucjan Sedzikowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinando Michelini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Despite being the better team, Sporting Club Sicilia failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
