An unexpectedly hard shot by Kiko Moreira in the 13th minute of play forced alvarado's goalkeeper Richard Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, alvarado's goalkeeper Richard Vaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafa Berger. 16 minutes into the match, CENZI's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Heyse came free, but Boyce Quinnless reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Berk Tümerk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boyce Quinnless was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Evaristo Lorenz's late challenge caught a CENZI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After taking down the ball on alvarado's corner Abel Abel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Boyce Quinnless quite easily take care of the ball. Boyce Quinnless took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulf Heyse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boyce Quinnless stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Berk Tümerk's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, alvarado's Richard Vaz got control of the ball when Cláudio Siqueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, CENZI's Rafa Berger got a free kick in the 46th minute. The CENZI players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. alvarado were winning 0-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulf Heyse to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in alvarado's zone, Cláudio Siqueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Vaz came out of the goal and Cláudio Siqueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 52 minutes into the game, CENZI's Rafa Berger nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Richard Vaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Richard Vaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafa Berger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Rafa Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot. CENZI's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafa Berger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Vaz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dudu Mello kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, alvarado's goal looked a bit too open when Belmiro Pontes came free, but Richard Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, alvarado's Clodoveo Chabier got a free kick in the 81st minute. Ulf Heyse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boyce Quinnless having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. alvarado had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
