Spectators: 7488 (Terracing: 5617, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) Conrado Abajas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Fred Luz got free in front of the goal in the 8th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Vicente Berdoi was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 10 minutes into the match, Mitnarotov FC's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Harriet came free, but Iuri Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mitnarotov FC's Iuri Arruda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conrado Abajas in the 13th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Urbano Harriet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Halcones Azules's supporters rose to their feet, but Urbano Harriet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iuri Arruda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute, Conrado Abajas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iuri Arruda was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Mitnarotov FC booed when Halcones Azules was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Abajas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Berdoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Luz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgardo Malvin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Iuri Arruda. Mitnarotov FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Mitnarotov FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrão Vianna to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgardo Malvin during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Halcones Azules getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Edgardo Malvin hit a great ball. Frédson Carneiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vicente Berdoi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes in the game, Fred Luz dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 34th match minute, Halcones Azules was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Sauveur to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute Fred Luz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Berdoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fred Luz made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Urbano Harriet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Walmir Quintal kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, Mitnarotov FC's goalkeeper Iuri Arruda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Conrado Abajas. The audience was convinced that Fred Luz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Berdoi was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Mitnarotov FC's Iuri Arruda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Mitnarotov FC from getting a goal against them. If Conrado Abajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicente Berdoi came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Mitnarotov FC's Fred Luz. But to his dismay, Fred Luz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Urbano Harriet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Conrado Abajas got free with Iuri Arruda in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iuri Arruda made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Urbano Harriet sent off a good shot on target. Halcones Azules's Vicente Berdoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred Luz in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute, Fred Luz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mitnarotov FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Halcones Azules's Armando Monico was substituted for Marco Donzel. Walmir Quintal charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Walmir Quintal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mitnarotov FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Walmir Quintal hit a great ball. Mitnarotov FC's Walmir Quintal got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vicente Berdoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Luz, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Halcones Azules's goalkeeper Vicente Berdoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Nicasio Calvet fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Halcones Azules's protests and gave Nicasio Calvet a yellow card for diving instead. If Fred Luz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mitnarotov FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Halcones Azules for a fine match.
