Philip Hedin charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Philip Hedin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Viplala booed when MAFFIAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philip Hedin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute, Kiur Karai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Keijo Jaakson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pete Sampras received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Keijo Jaakson came out and tried to block the shot, but Pete Sampras slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 10th minute. Ennu Ainsaar scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aron Dahlbom, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19thth minute of the game Jürgen Jaani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MAFFIAN's Aron Dahlbom was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The corner led FC Viplala's Mikk Lepisk to fire away a dangerous shot which Aron Dahlbom despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 34th minute, Ennu Ainsaar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aron Dahlbom was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jürgen Jaani in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aron Dahlbom saved MAFFIAN from getting behind. Laur Veeru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ennu Ainsaar came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the FC Viplala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ennu Ainsaar couldn't finish the play. Aron Dahlbom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jürgen Jaani, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Ennu Ainsaar notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of MAFFIAN's Aron Dahlbom. Aron Dahlbom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Andre Agassi was the one to do the kick off. Keijo Jaakson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pete Sampras in the 51st minute of play. Aron Dahlbom stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jürgen Jaani's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. The supporters of FC Viplala booed when MAFFIAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tord Karlsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Viplala's Mikk Lepisk shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 59th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Aron Dahlbom but with some difficulty. Aron Dahlbom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artur Vabamüürlane in the 60th minute. Keijo Jaakson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Agassi in the 61st minute of play. Mikk Lepisk was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 63rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, MAFFIAN's goal looked a bit too open when Ennu Ainsaar came free, but Aron Dahlbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Viplala's Keijo Jaakson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andre Agassi in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to FC Viplala getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Mikk Lepisk hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, MAFFIAN's goal looked a bit too open when Ennu Ainsaar came free, but Aron Dahlbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes, Patrik Zachrisson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MAFFIAN and the FC Viplala players grew even worse after the yellow card. Patrik Zachrisson hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Andre Agassi notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of FC Viplala's Keijo Jaakson. Keijo Jaakson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Keijo Jaakson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andre Agassi in the 80th minute of the match. Ennu Ainsaar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ennu Ainsaar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aron Dahlbom having to interfere. Jürgen Jaani hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Aron Dahlbom made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laur Veeru in the 93rd minute. Pete Sampras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Keijo Jaakson having to interfere. FC Viplala's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
