In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piracaua's goalkeeper Renato Silva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Telmo Alcântara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renato Silva having to interfere. Anísio Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. CUBITAN EC's Bernardinho Cardoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino do Valle in the 15th minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Severino do Valle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CUBITAN EC's Bernardinho Cardoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Anísio Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bernardinho Cardoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anísio Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. CUBITAN EC's Bernardinho Cardoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save CUBITAN EC from getting a goal against them. Dário Secco kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Bernardinho Cardoso made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Severino do Valle sent off a good shot on target. After 61 minutes, Felipe Mangueira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piracaua and the CUBITAN EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of CUBITAN EC booed when Piracaua was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Mangueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felippe Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renato Silva having to interfere. Anísio Araújo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Bernardinho Cardoso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Anísio Araújo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardinho Cardoso was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. When Severino do Valle came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Piracaua fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severino do Valle couldn't finish the play. In the 77th play minute Severino do Valle came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bernardinho Cardoso. 0-1. Anísio Araújo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Anísio Araújo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bernardinho Cardoso. That made the score 0-2 in the 87 minute of play. In the 91st minute, Luiz Schmidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 minutes of play, Piracaua's Severino do Valle made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardinho Cardoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Piracaua's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
