Spectators: 7033 (Terracing: 5433, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zé Carlos Alagoano got the match started through his kick off. José Vítor de Toledo hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Paiva in the 5th minute of play forced Bandeirantes's goalkeeper Clemente Monteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clemente Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Carlos Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 10 minutes, Luiz Teixeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bandeirantes and the Souza Nogueira F. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Bandeirantes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Tróia to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Fabrício Porto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 29 minutes of play, Souza Nogueira F. C.'s Hugo Paiva made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Monteiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! José Vítor de Toledo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 41 minutes into the match, Bandeirantes's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Paiva came free, but Clemente Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Zé Carlos Alagoano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Clemente Monteiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Trigo in the 45th minute of play forced Souza Nogueira F. C.'s goalkeeper Dino de Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Bandeirantes's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Carlos Alagoano came free, but Clemente Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Hugo Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Clemente Monteiro made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Cássio Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bandeirantes's supporters rose to their feet, but Cássio Trigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dino de Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Bandeirantes's Lucas Tróia got a free kick in the 58th minute. With a little luck, Bandeirantes's Clemente Monteiro got control of the ball when Hugo Paiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cássio Trigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino de Godoi having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, José Vítor de Toledo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Souza Nogueira F. C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bandeirantes the free kick. Falcão Saraiva kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Zé Carlos Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Monteiro was a little too slow when Zé Carlos Alagoano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-3. Dino de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Trigo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Bandeirantes's Clemente Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Carlos Alagoano in the 82nd minute of play. Juvenal Neves might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dino de Godoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juvenal Neves ran back to his position shaking his head. Clemente Monteiro came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Souza Nogueira F. C.'s José Vítor de Toledo. But to his dismay, José Vítor de Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Souza Nogueira F. C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
