Spectators: 7235 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) After a rather tough play, CRIZEIRO-DF's Cafu da Cunha got a free kick in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the match, C.A MATOGROSSENSE's goal looked a bit too open when Juarês Faria came free, but Serafim da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafim da Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juarês Faria's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. When Juarês Faria came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the CRIZEIRO-DF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juarês Faria couldn't finish the play. Luan Correia's late challenge caught a CRIZEIRO-DF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luan Correia helped the player get up and apologised. Luan Correia hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Jean da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafim da Silveira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Juarês Faria went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute Juarês Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to C.A MATOGROSSENSE getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Pedrinho Gaspar hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Vágner Lima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Serafim da Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juarês Faria in the 35th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juarês Faria in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafim da Silveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, CRIZEIRO-DF's Juarês Faria sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafim da Silveira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hernani Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Serafim da Silveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serafim da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernani Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half CRIZEIRO-DF were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When Juarês Faria came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the CRIZEIRO-DF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juarês Faria couldn't finish the play. Despite being the better team, CRIZEIRO-DF failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
