Elias de Medeiros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Noel Maranhense in the 16th minute. When Christian Fantini came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Barre Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Fantini couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Lokomotiv Football Art getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Luiz Paulo Quadros hit a great ball. If Dorian Sergipano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Dorian Sergipano made a precise shot to the right of Zézinho Marquez. Lokomotiv Football Art's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Christian Fantini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barre Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Fantini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zézinho Marquez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Barre Futebol Clube's Dorian Sergipano in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vágner Medeiros in the 41st minute of play forced Lokomotiv Football Art's goalkeeper Zézinho Marquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Barre Futebol Clube were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dorian Sergipano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dorian Sergipano ran back to his position shaking his head. 72 minutes into the game, Dorian Sergipano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zézinho Marquez. Dorian Sergipano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Wilian Mota struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Zézinho Marquez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barre Futebol Clube. Vágner Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Zézinho Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Lokomotiv Football Art was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriano Mendes to maneuver through the defense. Zézinho Marquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Christian Fantini received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zézinho Marquez came out and tried to block the shot, but Christian Fantini slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 82nd minute. In the 87th minute Christian Fantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zézinho Marquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vágner Medeiros got free with Zézinho Marquez in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Vágner Medeiros came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Barre Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vágner Medeiros couldn't finish the play. 92 minutes into the match, Barre Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Cardoso came free, but Elias de Medeiros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barre Futebol Clube played a much better game than Lokomotiv Football Art and deserved their victory. The Lokomotiv Football Art players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
