Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5416, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomé Novaes kicked off to start the match. Kristijonas Juozapavičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egídio Paiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fabiano Queirós couldn't finish the play. César Pernambucano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raúl Godoi having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tomé Novaes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raúl Godoi was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. In the 14th minute, Boleslaw Pietrowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Durval Gonçalves fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bage's protests and gave Durval Gonçalves a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 16th minute of the game. One of Bage:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bongo FC:s goal. Kristijonas Juozapavičius went to the wrong direction when Pedro Augusto Arce was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 19th match minute, Bage was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cipriano Brasil to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Bage's goal looked a bit too open when Egídio Paiva came free, but Kristijonas Juozapavičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Fabiano Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Kristijonas Juozapavičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34thth minute of the game Tomé Novaes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bongo FC's Raúl Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bongo FC's Raúl Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomé Novaes in the 37th minute of play. If César Pernambucano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 minutes, Wágner Campidelis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bongo FC and the Bage players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bongo FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Wágner Campidelis hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Egídio Paiva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Luiz Fabiano Queirós left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bongo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Wágner Campidelis hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Boleslaw Pietrowski sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Bongo FC's Raúl Godoi didn't even have to move. In the 66th minute Tomé Novaes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raúl Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Luiz Fabiano Queirós made a precise shot to the right of Kristijonas Juozapavičius. Bage's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 71 minutes into the game, Bongo FC's Luiz Fabiano Queirós nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristijonas Juozapavičius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. After a rather tough play, Bage's Paulo Renato Toledo got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 83rd match minute, Bongo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rony Reis to maneuver through the defense. César Pernambucano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute, one of Bage:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bage. Bongo FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
