Spectators: 6523 (Terracing: 5423, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Ulisses Cardoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Paulistano's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulisses Cardoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nestor da Rocha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, C.A. Paulistano's Vicente Coelho got a free kick in the 11th minute. São Gaffo Futebol Clube's Nestor da Rocha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save São Gaffo Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them. Ulisses Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor da Rocha having to interfere. Ulisses Cardoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, São Gaffo Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Cardozo came free, but Nestor da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexsandro Madureira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor da Rocha having to interfere. In the 34th minute, André Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute Alexsandro Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor da Rocha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexsandro Madureira took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nestor da Rocha. Nestor da Rocha dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Raúl Sarmento made the kick off in the second half. Ulisses Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor da Rocha having to interfere. Ulisses Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 played minutes São Gaffo Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Gonçalves. When Vicente Coelho fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A. Paulistano's protests and gave Vicente Coelho a yellow card for diving instead. When C.A. Paulistano's Alexsandro Madureira in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye São Gaffo Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. Ulisses Cardoso scored 3-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nestor da Rocha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nestor da Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexsandro Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to São Gaffo Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Gugu Leme hit a great ball.
