The Master Team AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Andrézinho Tróia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Osvaldo Silveira took a quick shot and it went in 4-2 without a chance for Percival Paulista to make any attempt to save it. When Betinho Neto fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Master Team AD's protests and gave Betinho Neto a yellow card for diving instead. Fábio Lopez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Percival Paulista made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Patriota's Arnaldo Coelho got a free kick in the 91st minute. Andrézinho Tróia struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Oscar Trancoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Master Team AD. For all the effort they put into the match, the Patriota players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Master Team AD.
