After a rather tough play, Black Lotus's Nico Mineiro got a free kick in the 5th minute. Dorian Xavier struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Samuel Zilles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Heliópolis FC. In the 7th minute, Heliópolis FC's Gualter do Valle ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Samuel Zilles. Samuel Zilles yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gualter do Valle in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Zilles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dorian Xavier took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Zilles. Samuel Zilles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 15 minutes into the game, Gualter do Valle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Samuel Zilles. Gualter do Valle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Gualter do Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Zilles having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gualter do Valle in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Zilles prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Samuel Zilles made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Dorian Xavier sent off a good shot on target. In the 34th minute, Joélson Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Black Lotus's goal looked a bit too open when Renato Camargo came free, but Samuel Zilles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Zilles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato Camargo in the 46th minute of the match. Gualter do Valle in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Samuel Zilles, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Heliópolis FC's Gualter do Valle in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Black Lotus's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Heliópolis FC's Carlos Augusto Matos got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute of the match Cacá Paes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Mazza showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Arlindo Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuel Zilles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Camargo in the 68th minute of play. After 74 played minutes Heliópolis FC got a freekick which was hit by Gerson Pinho. After a defensive mix-up in Black Lotus's zone, Gualter do Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Samuel Zilles came out of the goal and Gualter do Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Mazza made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Arlindo Pires sent off a good shot on target. After 81 played minutes Heliópolis FC got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Paraense. Carlos Mazza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The corner led Black Lotus's Cacá Paes to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlos Mazza despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gualter do Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Zilles having to interfere. Samuel Zilles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renato Camargo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Renato Camargo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Samuel Zilles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Zilles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorian Xavier in the 94th minute of play.
