Benê Quintal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Baiano in the 4th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lauro Barral during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edson Aguiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raúl Zanette, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Juninho Brodel threw the ball into play from the sideline. Rulizovisk's Aloísio Faria quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Aloísio Faria came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Rulizovisk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aloísio Faria couldn't finish the play. Sandro Baiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Benê Quintal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Bruninho Soeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Burro da Central and the Rulizovisk players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Burro da Central getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Bruninho Soeiro hit a great ball. Edson Aguiar acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 32nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Juninho Brodel. The audience was convinced that Sandro Baiano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benê Quintal was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Burro da Central's Benê Quintal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Sousa in the 38th minute of play. After 39 minutes, Sandro Baiano made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Burro da Central's Benê Quintal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 47 minutes, Robinho Penha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Burro da Central and the Rulizovisk players grew even worse after the yellow card. Edson Aguiar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 63rd minute of the match, Sandro Baiano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benê Quintal saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 66 minutes, Joélson Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rulizovisk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joélson Magalhães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bruninho Soeiro was shown his second yellow card after 67 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Rulizovisk booed when Burro da Central was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruninho Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Nicolas Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juninho Brodel's late challenge caught a Rulizovisk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juninho Brodel helped the player get up and apologised. Hernani Mattos hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Raúl Zanette hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Rulizovisk's Raimundo Galvão got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benê Quintal made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Joélson Magalhães sent off a good shot on target. Sandro Baiano struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Benê Quintal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rulizovisk. Rulizovisk played a much better game than Burro da Central and deserved their victory. The Burro da Central players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
