The supporters of Conta Encerrada Por Odair booed when Saboo EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Campidelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abel Valle got free with Clóvis Siqueira in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enrique de Azevedo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Abel Valle didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 32nd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Renan Mineiro was the one to do the kick off. Clóvis Siqueira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Renan Mineiro's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Amílton Teixeira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Clóvis Siqueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Mineiro in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliézer Borges in the 80th minute of play forced Conta Encerrada Por Odair's goalkeeper Amílton Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliézer Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saboo EC's Clóvis Siqueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Mineiro in the 90th minute of play. The Conta Encerrada Por Odair players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
