Cafu Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sebastião de Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th minute, Faustão Hermes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 19th minute by Faustão Hermes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. XURUPITAS AFC's Cafu Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlinhos Teixeira in the 25th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, José Maria Simões dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Róbson Schmidt, 1-2. Cafu Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastião de Brito in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute, José Maria Simões got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. XURUPITAS AFC's Cafu Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião de Brito in the 43rd minute of play. After 44 played minutes XURUPITAS AFC got a freekick which was hit by Faustão Hermes. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlinhos Teixeira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the match, Guilherme Zanette notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Gonçalense F.C's Róbson Schmidt. Róbson Schmidt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Róbson Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guilherme Zanette in the 65th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastião de Brito got free with Cafu Queirós in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. José Maria Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Róbson Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guilherme Zanette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. José Maria Simões recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vitinho de Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Cafu Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Sebastião de Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
