Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Joel de Almeida started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Júlio de Toledo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lee Bruce went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Lee Bruce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Júlio de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Natã Messias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laranja Mecânica AF's supporters rose to their feet, but Natã Messias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Júlio de Toledo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Laranja Mecânica AF's Lee Bruce in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Acara's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute, Lee Bruce left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laranja Mecânica AF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Ramalho in the 25th minute of play forced Acara's goalkeeper Júlio de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Laranja Mecânica AF's corner Zé Ramalho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Júlio de Toledo quite easily take care of the ball. In the 28th minute, Acara's Joel de Almeida ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abu Gosoc. Abu Gosoc yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. After a rather tough play, Laranja Mecânica AF's Claudinho de Souza got a free kick in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lee Bruce in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júlio de Toledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lee Bruce to strike the kick off in the second half. Hudson Lopes hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Laranja Mecânica AF's Natã Messias tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lee Bruce in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júlio de Toledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Laranja Mecânica AF's Lee Bruce got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abu Gosoc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umberto Falcão in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Acara's Umberto Falcão got a free kick in the 71st minute. After 77 played minutes Acara got a freekick which was hit by Murillo de Medeiros. Natã Messias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Júlio de Toledo made a huge save. Beto Cabral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Júlio de Toledo having to make a save. In the 81st match minute, Acara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Lee Bruce's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Júlio de Toledo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 83 minutes into the match, Acara's Joel de Almeida sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abu Gosoc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Albertinho Dantas, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Júlio de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lee Bruce in the 89th minute of play. Abu Gosoc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Umberto Falcão in the 90th minute of the match. Acara's Júlio de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Ramalho in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Laranja Mecânica AF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Acara.
