Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antônio Carlos de Godoi took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, C Sinopense O Retorno FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gualter Alagoano came free, but Thiago Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jarbas Barreto in the 6th minute of the match. The supporters of Akotipa booed when C Sinopense O Retorno FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luan Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antônio Carlos de Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the match, Antônio Carlos de Godoi notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Akotipa's Diamantino Trevisan. Diamantino Trevisan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorginho Sabóia during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 19 minutes into the match, Jarbas Barreto notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of C Sinopense O Retorno FC's Thiago Machado. Thiago Machado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rd minute of the match Benê Recife sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thiago Machado skillfully saved the ball. Rafinha Sergipano kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Diamantino Trevisan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antônio Carlos de Godoi in the 27th minute. Thiago Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Queiroz in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jarbas Barreto in the 31st minute of play forced C Sinopense O Retorno FC's goalkeeper Thiago Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Antônio Carlos de Godoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. C Sinopense O Retorno FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antônio Carlos de Godoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diamantino Trevisan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35th match minute, Akotipa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elivélton Bittencourt to maneuver through the defense. The C Sinopense O Retorno FC fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when C Sinopense O Retorno FC's Antônio Carlos de Godoi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jarbas Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Machado having to interfere. Thiago Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarbas Barreto in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jarbas Barreto made a kick off. A nice corner shot did that Diguinho Matorin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thiago Machado quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 56th minute, Gualter Alagoano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Antônio Carlos de Godoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Antônio Carlos de Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 65th minute, Victor Alves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Luan Vidal was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 66 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, C Sinopense O Retorno FC's Luan Vidal got a free kick in the 66th minute. Antônio Carlos de Godoi scored 3-2 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diamantino Trevisan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 74 minutes into the match, C Sinopense O Retorno FC's goalkeeper Thiago Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gualter Alagoano. 84 minutes into the game, C Sinopense O Retorno FC's Antônio Carlos de Godoi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diamantino Trevisan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. After having played for 91 minutes, Gualter Alagoano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akotipa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gualter Alagoano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antônio Carlos de Godoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Diamantino Trevisan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gualter Alagoano struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Thiago Machado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Akotipa. C Sinopense O Retorno FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
