Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Paulo Neiva made the kick off which started today's match. After 12 played minutes Ragnarok got a freekick which was hit by Arí Simão. After a rather tough play, Turkos do RJ's Paulo Neiva got a free kick in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Eduardo Barros in the 26th minute of play forced Turkos do RJ's goalkeeper Dé Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dé Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Eduardo Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. When Edmundo de Azevedo fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Turkos do RJ's protests and gave Edmundo de Azevedo a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Turkos do RJ getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Edmundo de Azevedo hit a great ball. Turkos do RJ's Dé Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Eduardo Barros in the 30th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Arí Simão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulo Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Luiz Eduardo Barros made the kick off in the second half. Arí Simão took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dé Almeida. Dé Almeida dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Arí Simão might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dé Almeida. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arí Simão ran back to his position shaking his head. 59 minutes into the match, Ragnarok's Luiz Eduardo Barros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dé Almeida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ragnarok's goalkeeper Rômulo Domingues, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Turkos do RJ's Cesinha Meira got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luciano Meira's late challenge caught a Ragnarok's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luciano Meira helped the player get up and apologised. Luciano Meira kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Cesinha Meira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Turkos do RJ's supporters rose to their feet, but Cesinha Meira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rômulo Domingues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rômulo Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Neiva in the 87th minute of the match. Luiz Eduardo Barros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Dé Almeida made a huge save. Arí Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Dé Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
