Eriberto Cordero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iuri Gerber, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. When Elói Bezerra fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Iuri Gerber scored 2-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eriberto Cordero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 74 minutes, Luiz Velasco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cantao and the FC Schöpf players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC Schöpf booed when Cantao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jean Paiva in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luisão Botelho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. FC Schöpf's Eriberto Cordero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iuri Gerber in the 77th minute of play. Cantao's Iuri Gerber got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the FC Schöpf defense, Zé Carlos Vidal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eriberto Cordero. The FC Schöpf fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eriberto Cordero should have stopped the shot. Eriberto Cordero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Carlos Vidal in the 89th minute of the match. Reginaldo Netto hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rdth minute of the game Zé Carlos Vidal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Schöpf's Eriberto Cordero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eriberto Cordero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zé Carlos Vidal went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Schöpf players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cantao.
