After 13 minutes, Narciso Jon made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Chapuy's Teodoro Llorenc tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Manuel Ixaka came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Chapuy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Ixaka couldn't finish the play. After 27 played minutes Chapuy got a freekick which was hit by Iker Acosta. Narciso Jon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Chapuy getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Jacinto Musko hit a great ball. Narciso Jon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Llorenc having to interfere. If Narciso Jon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute, Anier Beltran sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chapuy's Teodoro Llorenc didn't even have to move.

The wind increased when Haroldo Galoer made the kick off in the second half. When Bernardo Gudesteo came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Chapuy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Gudesteo couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Mateoli F.C's Filomeno Ezkerra got a free kick in the 53rd minute. A collision led to Mateoli F.C getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Serafino Rocio hit a great ball. Narciso Jons short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Teodoro Llorenc to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 68 minutes into the match, Mateoli F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Gudesteo came free, but Emanuel Matthew reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mateoli F.C fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Chapuy a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Melquiades Cugat, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mateoli F.C's Emanuel Matthew. 2-2. Emanuel Matthew made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Gudesteo in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Gudesteo in the 83rd minute of play forced Mateoli F.C's goalkeeper Emanuel Matthew to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Llorenc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Galoer in the 85th minute of the match. Manuel Ixaka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Emanuel Matthew tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chapuy's Bernardo Gudesteo got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emanuel Matthew showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Gudesteo, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The supporters of Chapuy booed when Mateoli F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Ezkerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 101st minute Chapuy were awarded a corner. Melquiades Cugat went to the cornerflag to take it. Chapuy's Emanuel Fidele was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emanuel Matthew in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mateoli F.C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
