Teodoro Llorenc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Casomiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Chapuy's Bernardo Gudesteo got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Fabio Casomiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Pingus Club defense, Bernardo Gudesteo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guaberto Gorri. The Pingus Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guaberto Gorri should have stopped the shot. Guaberto Magdaleno who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Teodoro Llorenc when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Manuel Ixaka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Guaberto Gorri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Ixaka hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. If Guaberto Magdaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabio Casomiro to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Pingus Club booed when Chapuy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Eneko didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chapuy's zone, Fabio Casomiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodoro Llorenc came out of the goal and Fabio Casomiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute Guaberto Magdaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Llorenc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Ixaka in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guaberto Gorri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guaberto Gorri came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Chapuy's Bernardo Gudesteo. But to his dismay, Bernardo Gudesteo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Teodoro Llorenc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guaberto Magdaleno's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. In the 77th minute, Elvio Quinito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Pingus Club's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Ixaka came free, but Guaberto Gorri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fabio Casomiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute Guaberto Magdaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Llorenc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Pingus Club's Guaberto Magdaleno in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chapuy's goalie prevented a goal. Fabio Casomiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Llorenc having to interfere. After 89th play minutes Fabio Casomiro shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Teodoro Llorenc and just under the crossbar into goal. If Guaberto Magdaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
