Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Franja Football Club's Teofilo Urtzi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Tusquitas AFC's zone, Astor Berbiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roberto Chan came out of the goal and Astor Berbiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th minute Teofilo Urtzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Chan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Salvador Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th play minute Astor Berbiz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Roberto Chan. 1-0. If Astor Berbiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Teofilo Urtzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Franja Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Teofilo Urtzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roberto Chan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teofilo Urtzi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Roberto Chan came out and tried to block the shot, but Teofilo Urtzi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 20th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Franja Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Firman came free, but Nereo Cibran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Franja Football Club's Teofilo Urtzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roberto Chan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 35thth minute of the game Teofilo Urtzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tusquitas AFC's Roberto Chan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 36th minute, Anselmo Luke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franja Football Club's Saverio Ignado pulled a muscle in his leg after 37 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Anselmo Luke charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo Luke the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 39th minute of the match Basilio Arce sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roberto Chan skillfully saved the ball. Tusquitas AFC's Anselmo Luke got his second yellow card of the match in the 47th minute. The referee ordered Anselmo Luke off the ground. In the 48th match minute, Tusquitas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Luke to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Franja Football Club's Basilio Arce tried to score from far away in the 48th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

Franja Football Club's Astor Berbiz got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alvaro Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nereo Cibran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alvaro Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Astor Berbiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Virgilio Cordaryal struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Roberto Chan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Franja Football Club. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Berbiz in the 72nd minute of play forced Tusquitas AFC's goalkeeper Roberto Chan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Sancho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Nereo Cibran skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Astor Berbiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bartolo Ikatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Salvador Guerrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Franja Football Club's Nereo Cibran got control of the ball when Alvaro Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 91 minutes, Alvaro Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tusquitas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roberto Chan came out of the goal and Virgilio Cordaryal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Franja Football Club's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
