Hugo Vilalobos was a little too slow when Orthros Adamou got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. The audience was convinced that Orthros Adamou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hugo Vilalobos was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. After 9 played minutes Malandros Unidos CF got a freekick which was hit by Reinaldo Pestana. In the 13th minute, Rúben Gago fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hugo Vilalobos, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Malandros Unidos CF's zone, Quintino Castilho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Vilalobos came out of the goal and Quintino Castilho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute Lucas Assunção shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costel Boroneanț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rúben Gago was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 17th minute. Morgadinha FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rúben Gago during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 19 played minutes Morgadinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Rúben Gago. After 27 minutes of play, Morgadinha FC's Orthros Adamou made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Vilalobos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Quintino Castilho struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Hugo Vilalobos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morgadinha FC. 39 minutes into the match, Rúben Gago had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugo Vilalobos. Malandros Unidos CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rúben Gago was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. If Orthros Adamou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Vilalobos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orthros Adamou in the 44th minute. 45 minutes into the game, Rúben Gago recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hugo Vilalobos. Rúben Gago showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0.

After 52 minutes of play, Morgadinha FC's Quintino Castilho made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Vilalobos was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Quintino Castilho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orthros Adamou kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Morgadinha FC's Orthros Adamou sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hugo Vilalobos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Quintino Castilho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Hugo Vilalobos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Malandros Unidos CF defense, Orthros Adamou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Vilalobos. The Malandros Unidos CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Vilalobos should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Rúben Gago notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Malandros Unidos CF's Hugo Vilalobos. Hugo Vilalobos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 82 minutes into the match, Quintino Castilho notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Malandros Unidos CF's Hugo Vilalobos. Morgadinha FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Malandros Unidos CF the free kick. After 89 played minutes Malandros Unidos CF got a freekick which was hit by Olavo Menezes. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orthros Adamou in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Vilalobos saved Malandros Unidos CF from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Morgadinha FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
