Jerome Trusswell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Cowling having to interfere. In the 16th minute Remus Neacșu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Verity saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Zackary Bibby was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. byby Im Bored.com's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Winchester FC the free kick. Zackary Bibby hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Ian Cowling made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Gav Brodie sent off a good shot on target. Ben Verity's late challenge caught a byby Im Bored.com's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ben Verity helped the player get up and apologised. Ian Cowling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerome Trusswell in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th match minute, Winchester FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olly Sedgemore to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute of the match Mitch Lightfoot sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ian Cowling skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, byby Im Bored.com's Rodney May got a free kick in the 28th minute. Gav Brodie hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Richard Verity showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remus Neacșu in the 33rd minute of the match. Gav Brodie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Ian Cowling made a huge save. Richard Verity showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ted Wilson, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Ted Wilson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Winchester FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ted Wilson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remus Neacșu in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Verity prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

In the 52nd minute, Remus Neacșu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Verity was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The supporters of Winchester FC booed when byby Im Bored.com was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennie Bowe didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Winchester FC's Remus Neacșu in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 60th minute of the match Winchester FC got a corner. byby Im Bored.com's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Remus Neacșu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Francis Knight almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but byby Im Bored.com's Richard Verity did a great save. When byby Im Bored.com's Jerome Trusswell in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Winchester FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 63 minutes, Reggie Bettney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the byby Im Bored.com and the Winchester FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 1-3 came through a penalty shot after 64 played minutes, when Winchester FC:s Remus Neacșu calmly waited for byby Im Bored.com:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. In the 67th play minute Ted Wilson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Richard Verity. 1-4. In the 71st match minute, Winchester FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daryl Dexter to maneuver through the defense. Ian Cowling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jay Sinclair in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Ted Wilson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mitch Lightfoot kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Ted Wilson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Richard Verity was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Richard Verity came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Winchester FC's Remus Neacșu. But to his dismay, Remus Neacșu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. If Ted Wilson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ted Wilson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Winchester FC's Remus Neacșu in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye byby Im Bored.com's goalie prevented a goal. Winchester FC's Ted Wilson got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ted Wilson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the byby Im Bored.com defense, Ted Wilson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Richard Verity. The byby Im Bored.com fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Richard Verity should have stopped the shot. Winchester FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
