Jonatan Lundin succeeded in the game's 5th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Anthon Brask fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Odén having to interfere. In the 10th minute, METAMORPHOSIS's Elliott Benett dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Karl-Åke Anundsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karl-Åke Anundsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Lennart Bergman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lennart Bergman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Åke Anundsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lennart Bergman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Åke Anundsson in the 20th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cereal Killers's zone, Anthon Brask stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Odén came out of the goal and Anthon Brask tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute Elliott Benett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Odén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Cereal Killers's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Anthon Brask fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, METAMORPHOSIS's Karl Nyman got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 32 played minutes, Cereal Killers's Torgny Hylander shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lennart Bergman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cereal Killers reached it. METAMORPHOSIS's Anthon Brask got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 43 minutes, Patrick Nordin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cereal Killers and the METAMORPHOSIS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anthon Brask received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Arne Odén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Torgny Bergkvist came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the METAMORPHOSIS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torgny Bergkvist couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karl-Åke Anundsson made a kick off. When METAMORPHOSIS's Elliott Benett in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cereal Killers's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Karl-Åke Anundsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lennart Bergman was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. In the 57thth minute of the game Anthon Brask who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cereal Killers's Arne Odén was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erik Söderman kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Lennart Bergman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Åke Anundsson in the 62nd minute of play. Patrick Nordin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lennart Bergman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Åke Anundsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute, Karl-Åke Anundsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 79 played minutes METAMORPHOSIS got a freekick which was hit by Torgny Bergkvist. Thanks to some nice moves Jonatan Lundin could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Lennart Bergman however easily saved by the left post. In the 81st match minute, METAMORPHOSIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erik Söderman to maneuver through the defense. When Jonatan Lundin came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Cereal Killers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonatan Lundin couldn't finish the play. METAMORPHOSIS's Lennart Bergman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save METAMORPHOSIS from getting a goal against them. Arne Odén didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erik Söderman went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Cereal Killers's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
