After 15 minutes, Hubert Bäumler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TSV Waldbach and the Natural Born Grillers players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to TSV Waldbach getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Hubert Bäumler hit a great ball. Faruk Poll received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Lucio Bartel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Mattes Sylvester got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claus Krampitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TSV Waldbach. After having played for 47 minutes, Larry Riepert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TSV Waldbach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Larry Riepert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Claus Krampitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mattes Sylvester in the 53rd minute. A collision led to Natural Born Grillers getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Utz Jakowitz hit a great ball. If Mattes Sylvester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Natural Born Grillers's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Larry Riepert scored to the left of an out of position Claus Krampitz, making the score, 0-2. 62 minutes in the game, Mattes Sylvester fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Claus Krampitz having to interfere. If Mattes Sylvester had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Larry Riepert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Larry Riepert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Claus Krampitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natural Born Grillers's Claus Krampitz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Natural Born Grillers from getting a goal against them. Philipp Schmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Natural Born Grillers's goal looked a bit too open when Larry Riepert came free, but Claus Krampitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Natural Born Grillers's goalkeeper Claus Krampitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mattes Sylvester. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Larry Riepert got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mattes Sylvester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claus Krampitz having to interfere.
